We invite you to spend a memorable time in our stylish BRAND NEW 1 bedroom 1 bathroom suite. Sleeps up to four with one bed and a queen pull -out sofa bed.The building is located in the Centre of Brickell Miami. Within a block of the shops, cafes, and entertainment- just a few steps from Brickell City Center. Our new cozy suite has been professionally decorated. The kitchen includes a wet bar, mini- fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle, and all kitchen appliances. Two smart TVs ( in main bedroom & in front of pull-out bed ) Fully equipped bathroom. Extra towels and robes included as well. Upon check in, guests are given keys and a FOB. As our guest, you will get access to the hotels amenities: - Two outdoor pools - Gym & Spa -Free Wifi in the apartment and common areas - Valet parking is available ($15 per day) - Cafe -Rooftop lounge ( coming 2024) Please feel free to message me anytime with any questions/ concerns you may have :) Reservations must be made by a person 21 years of age or older. Please provide an ID picture the same day you book, Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy as well. *If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests.* • Please DO NOT smoke inside $300 fine. • Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area. • If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible. • Check-In is at 3:00 PM – Check-Out is at 11:00 AM. If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : ) *If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late checkout. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.* • It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address. • Keep decor items inside the unit. • Turn off lights when leaving the unit. • Parking (valet) is available for $15/day. Electric chargers are available - request with valet attendant. • The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed. Linens for the pullout bed will be left in the closet closest to the sofa. • WiFi is available in the unit and throughout the building and common areas. • The building swimming pool is heated and open all year round. • An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions. Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment we provide for your use. In case of any damages you will be charged.
