Private room in rental unit. Small Room for one Male

Stay in the most vibrant neighborhood in Miami! I am hosting a small, clean, and functional room specifically for one male guest. This is a shared living space, offering a budget-friendly way to enjoy the luxury of the Brickell area. "I have 2 rooms in a townhouse with one shared bath. It has its own independent entrance through the garden!" "A functional, cozy room with access to a kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy a warm atmosphere with shared living spaces hosted by me and my friendly dog." "For any help, there is a card with my phone number—texting is the easiest way to reach me during my workday. Also, my assistant Jose is sometimes at home with the dog; please keep in mind he only speaks Spanish." "Our sweet Schnauzer, Betsy, lives here too. She’s very quiet but always appreciates a quick greeting when you walk through the door."
