This large studio sleeps 2 adults comfortably in a queen bed and 1 adult in the twin Futon. If 4 people are staying, an air mattress will be provided.
Large mounted TV comes equipped with Amazon Fire TV Stick (access to thousands of movies, shows, apps, and games). The Bathroom includes a sink/vanity, toilet, and a large shower with hand rail. Towels, toilet paper, and a Hotel-Size starting supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash is provided. Kitchen area includes a double burner electric cooktop, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, sink and counter space. Keurig Coffee Machine & toaster included. Also stocked with pots/pans, plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, utensils, cooking utensils, bottle opener, and a can opener, scissors. Also comes with
salt/pepper shakers, sugar & powdered creamer, starting supply of K-Cups, cooking oil, napkins and paper towel, dish soap and sponge.
The entire private unit is for you, plus the driveway directly to the side of the house leading up to the gate.
Self check-in and check out with lockbox and detailed instructions with pictures are located in your Check-In instructions. But we live on the property and respond very quickly to messages/calls.
