Surveillance cameras are along the entire exterior of the property for both your protection and ours. There are no security cameras inside the home. Please note there is an additional fee for a 7th and 8th guest of $75 per guest per night. Make sure you include the correct number of guests at the time of your reservation.

Cancellation policy

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
