A/C systems may work harder during peak heat hours but are optimized for comfort. 🐜 Tropical Wildlife While we professionally maintain the home, occasional sightings of lizards, iguanas, birds, ants, or palmetto bugs are part of the South Florida experience. 🔇 Noise Monitoring Non-recording noise sensors are placed inside and outside the home to ensure compliance with local ordinances.
