This is a great, quiet, cozy and renovated studio in a very well location, surrounded by 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy convenience store, banks, University of Miami, Little Havana, and the beach. The room comes with a 40 inch TV equipped with a Fire TV Stick with HBO Max, Disney+, Prime Video, and Hulu. The WiFi connection is strong and adequate for working at home or streaming. There is also a small private patio area with a bench and a lounge chair, where you can decompress and enjoy some sun. The entrance of the guest house is independent from the rest of the house. The door has a keypad and a code will be provided once the property is booked. Parking is available for one vehicle. The guest house entrance is on the right side of the property.
