It is fully fenced in and has gorgeous views of Arcola Lake. There is a King Bedroom with ensuite master bathroom, a Queen Bedroom with it's own private exit, and a Double Bedroom with 2x Full Beds. The house features a formal dining room, brand new fully renovated stainless kitchen and a large central living room which leads out to the salt water pool. There are lots of native plants, a yard, butterfly garden and chef's BBQ area. This private Oasis is a one-of-a-kind Paradise, built and maintained for your enjoyment. Guests have access to the entire 3B/2B single family home. This includes 4x parking spots, the back patio and pool area as well as the back yard and garden. Guests can access the shared lake and it's banks beyond the back fence - but please be respectful of neighbors and the native wildlife. The best way to reach myself or my team is through the app messaging system. We have parking for 4+ cars at the house. The house is not too close to any public transportation. Uber/Lift are best if you don't have access to a car. The house is very private, fully fenced in and has spectacular sunsets over the lake. It's a perfect place to escape the bustle of every day life. You can get to the beach in 15 minutes!
