This is a combined space of 1925 Coconut Grove water Tower and remodeled artist studio - the 2 places are next to each other and can accommodate group of 8, whether friends or families. Stay together but separate to respect each other privacy. Both places comes completely furnished and with all comfort and amenities including comfortable sleeping, equipped kitchen, WiFi, washer and dryer. Share a large outdoor space for BBQ, meals and fun games. Fold up crib and high chair available on request. Owners live in the main house and are available to help with any requests/questions. Coconut Grove is home to a lush canopy teaming with wildlife and hundreds of Tropical species. Our outdoor space is characterized by its own Coconut Grove with over 50 trees on the property and the largest Banyan tree in Coconut Grove which you can explore and watch its many birds. Walk to center Grove (10 min) to enjoy various dining options, sailing, bike riding. If you don't rent a car Coconut Grove is easily accessible: 15 minutes drive from the airport. 10 min walk will link you to the Coconut Grove free Trolley - from there you can reach the Metrorail Station to Dadeland Mall to the South, Brickell, Downtown to the North. Renting a bike is also a great option - Commodore trail is an all paved trail 5 miles long from Key Biscayne to Deering Estate along the Biscayne Bay - Ride all the way to Key Biscayne Lighthouse for a great day outdoor (about 12 miles).
