Exposed beams living room and kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, Calacatta marble, custom oak cabinets and breakfast nook. Formal dining room overlooking the pool, and separate laundry room. We completely renovated our house last year with inspirations from mid-century vintage design. This is our full-time home, but now we're taking a year on the road in an Airstream, and are making it available for those who appreciate its style and design—as well as its proximity to Coral Gables, University of Miami, and Pinecrest areas. Our house has 2,200 sf of living space, on a property with over 13,700 sf, including lush landscaping and a pool. BEDROOMS & BATHS Enjoy four spacious bedrooms, two en-suite and two serviced by a full guest bathroom. Bathrooms are stocked with essentials like Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, as well as plush towels. Primary bathroom features a steam room and double-shower, as well as a separate soaking tub. (Quick note that Airbnb "amenities" classify both sauna and steam rooms under the "sauna" category, ours is a steam room). One of the bedrooms has an Amp machine for strength training with cables up to 100 pounds, and another has a dedicated desk as a workspace. WIFI Wifi in the house is powered by fiber, with a router and extender on each end of our house so you always have connectivity. LIVING & KITCHEN AREAS Living room has a projector where you can connect your computer or phone. Please note that due to skylights, watching movies/shows is limited to evenings/nights. We have a formal dining room that seats 6-8 comfortably, although we have sat up to 10 for holidays without trouble. The kitchen has a breakfast nook that gets drenched in morning light, and is a well-equipped with Gaggenau appliances and a 40" Ruvati work sink. We have a Moccamaster and burr grinder for the best morning coffee. POOL & OUTDOORS Outside, we have a deck with a couch and dining set, as well as a conversation set by an outdoor fireplace, of course our pool, and an outdoor shower. We have plenty of pool towels for you to use. Our neighborhood is a calm, lushly landscaped, tight-knit residential community, so please be courteous of noise during quiet hours. Our area is lovely for neighborhood walks, especially during golden hour. No events or parties, please. We've been guests at Airbnbs for almost 15 years, and now excited to host for the first time.
