This is a condo building and the amenities are shared with other condo guests. The building HOA requires you to download the August App - which controls the lock to the front door. You will have access to the unit with the August app and access to the building amenities with the provided fob in the unit. After booking - guests are required to send Photo ID. If photo ID is not sent before check in - the building will not allow you to enter, and refunds will not be provided for failure to provide ID. If you are traveling with multiple people, the person who is registered needs to be the first one to arrive, no one else can check in for them. 1. Registration with the Front Desk Upon arrival, guests may need to register at the front desk or with the building's security office. Be prepared to show a government-issued ID and the reservation details provided by your host. 2. Front desk will open elevator for you to head to the unit. 3. You will use the August app to open the front door. 4. There will be a fob in the unit for you to use. If you need additional fobs, the building charges $10 to give you fob access on your phone. (Go to floor 14 management office) This is a non smoking unit. No additional guests or parties at anytime. $500 fine will be enforced for each broken rule This home requires you to use a smart phone and August app - if you would like. a physical key, please ask 48 hours in advance. A team member will schedule a time to meet you after 6PM in the lobby. You are required to send your ID to check into the unit. It is a building requirement. The ID sent has to be the person who checks in. The unit comes with one fob - additional fobs can be added on to your phone by talking to the office on the 14th floor (they will charge a fee - usually around $10)
