Entire rental unit. Large double room

A place to stay for travelers and locals who need a comfortable and clean place to stay. This is a family home, full of memories and charm. This is a 5 bedroom house, but we have only two of them assigned for airbnb guests. This is the larger room in the front of the house with a double bed, large closet, and a dresser. Bathroom is shared with other guests. Important things to know: First, We offer clean spaces as always. Focusing on cleaning surfaces and key areas between guests. Second, guests still need to share bathroom with other guests. We keep it clean and wipe surfaces between guests, but please have this in mind when reserving. Third, guests are welcome to use the front living room and the main dining area. They are between the guest rooms. We have a small fridge there for guests to use. You would also have access to the backyard if desired. On the other hand, spaces like the kitchen, TV room, garage, and the rest of the house are just for the family. If you need anything else, please just ask. Other things to note: -Laundry is not available for guests. -Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests can be in the house. -Drinking alcohol or smoking is not allowed. Thank you for understanding. Guests are welcome to use the front living room and the main dining area, which are located between the guest rooms. There, guests have access to a small fridge, microwave, coffee and tea maker. Guests also have access to the backyard if desired. On the other hand, guests do not have access to the kitchen for cooking, the rest of the rooms which are just for the family, nor the TV room. Guests also have parking space in front of the house. We are happy to answer any questions, and provide guidance, but also give guest their space and privacy to enjoy their time. This a beautiful residential area. Quiet, but also close to restaurants, and stores, and touristic attractions in the Kendall and Redland areas. Metro Zoo, Miami Executive Airport, and also tropical wineries, Monkey Jungle, Homestead, Coral Castle and more. Freeway access: Turnpike is only 10 mins away.
