This perfect getaway offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths + boasts a large tropical backyard w/ an oversized HEATED pool w/jacuzzi as well as a gas grill. There is also a ping pong table and fire table for extra outdoor enjoyment. Only 10 min drive to the beach it’s the perfect place to call your home away from home. The house offers Smart TV's in every bedroom as well as cable in the living room, Room 1 + 2, and high speed Wifi throughout. The kitchen comes fully equipped including a Keurig Coffee machine and even a gas stovetop. In the lush back yard you will find a heated oversized pool with an attached jacuzzi with sun loungers and umbrellas .There are couches with a fire table and a ping pong table for ultimate nighttime outdoor enjoyment. There are towels (bath, pool and hand - no wash cloths/rugs provided). Complimentary starter hotel size soaps, shampoos and conditioners are provided for you upon check in. Please feel free to use the beach chairs and umbrella for your added enjoyment. Our goal is for you to have an amazing, worry free vacation. We are available to answer any questions you may have and strive to do whatever we can to make sure you have everything you need. BEDROOMS: 4 bedrooms/7 beds Bedroom 1 - 2 QUEEN SIZED BEDS, 45" TV, dresser, built in closet, and access to a full private bathroom Bedroom 2 - MASTER, KING SIZE BED, 65" TV, dresser, walk in closet and access to a full private bathroom with spa like shower and built in quartz bench. There is also direct access to the outside pool/jacuzzi area. Bedroom 3 - 2 FULL SIZE BEDS, dresser, built in closet, 65" TV Bedroom 4 - QUEEN SIZE BED, dresser, built in closet, 55" TV ** TV'S are smart TV's only. Guests can use own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc). There are a total of 3 bathrooms - The main shared bathroom has a bathtub and offers direct access to the outside pool area. Living room -features a smart 75" Smart TV Kitchen - is equipped with high-grade appliances. There is an island seating for up to 4 guests. It comes fully stocked with dish ware, cookware, pots, and pans. There is a Keurig coffee maker with pods, creamers, and sugars supplied for your enjoyment. Dining Area - Large table that seats 12 guests Laundry Room- There is a washer, dryer, iron with board, and cleaning supplies available Outdoor - A private pool with jacuzzi, many lounge chairs, and sun umbrellas. In addition there is a pergola with Two couches a gas fire table (1 propane tank supplied for the duration or your stay) and a dining table that seats 8 Nearby is an ultra modern ping pong table and life sized connect four game as well as a gas BBQ grill (1 propane tank supplied for the duration or your stay). Driveway - Can fit 2 cars. Other things to note: Pool child fence is available with advanced notice. Pool/ Jacuzzi heating is available at $30 per day with a 3 day minimum. Guest must request pool to be heated at least 2 days prior to arrival. Pack and Play available (guest must supply own sheets) POOL/JACUZZI: At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter/Guest) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay. • The use of the pool facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to: 1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment; 2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area; 3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding; 4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool. • You(the renter) recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks and agree to TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that you have or may have in the future against the Owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”). Guests have private access to the entire property, no spaces are shared. The house is very centrally located with close proximity to the beach, Aventura Mall, Oleta Park, I95, Sunny Isles, Bal Harbour, Hollywood broadwalk, Hallandale Beach, Gulfstream Park, and Hard Rock Casino. We're right in the middle of it all. Also walking distance to multiple Shuls. please note - since this is a quiet neighborhood, we ask our guests to respect the residents of the community and keep noise volume down after 10pm. All TVs are Smart TVs for streaming channels Please note that regular maintenance people, such as but not limited to, pool maintenance, landscapers, monthly extermination services may access the front yard or back yard (any part of the property outside of the house itself) in order to perform their services without prior notice to guest.
