High-speed WIFI Please note this is a strictly no smoking and non-smokers apartment including in the balcony, any smoking detected will be charged a $500 fine. The building has the longest pool in North America, along with an outdoors hot pool, a gorgeous Philippe Starck Designed Spa with hot and cold tubs and signature treatments, a Gym offering amazing views and fantastic group classes. You also have the W restaurant at your service. All guests need to be registered with the Building's Management office with an official photo ID and registered address. Too access all guests services each guest will need to checkin and accept all building rules. There is no free parking. There is valet parking available at the hotel. Alternatively There are other parking facilities in the area at better rates. As there are currently some renovation works in the building, the pool is open Fri-Sun. the spa is open everyday from 6 am to 10 pm. free access to 2 people Whether you are on a business or leisure trip, Brickell is the best location for quality seekers. The latest hip area, the Design District & Wynwood up north, the elegant residential areas of Coconut Grove and Coral Gables, and the beaches of Key Biscayne on the south, South Beach for a classic Miami outing just across the bridge on the east or Little Havana for a Cuban night out and salsa dance on the west, everything is within 10min easy reach. And you could even walk to one the newest museum areas in America to visit Perez Art Museum and Frost Museum of Science, to watch a game or a concert at American Airlines Arena, or be more elegant and go for a show at the Adrienne Arsht Performing Arts Center. So many things are walking distance and Uber is easily available at a marginal cost so you don't really need a car. But if you do have a car, I can offer my parking spot with Valet Service only for stays longer than 30 days as unfortunately the Management does not allow this service for short-term stays. But you have three options for Parking. 1. Metered parking (6th St, 1 block away; Brickell Bay Dr, 3 blocks away). 2. Valet service provided by the hotel at $42 overnight. 3. A couple of garages, a few blocks away, walking distance. (Around $10 per night) Guests will be given a fob to access the elevators. Please note there will be charges for lost key and lost fob. $100 lost key, $150 lost fob. Upon check-in, guests will be asked to sign the Building Rules and comply with them during their stay. TRASH Trash rooms is located next to unit. Garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute and no bags should be left on the floor Boxes and bottles must be taken to the Ground Level. NOISE No noise should be heard in hallways and common areas between 11 PM and 7 AM. No noise should cause a nuisance to others at any time. DRESS CODE Shirts and/or cover ups required in all common areas. No bare feet in common areas. ODORS This unit is entirely non-smoking, indoors as well as in the balcony. Please refrain from smoking. BALCONY Under no circumstance should any item be thrown off the balcony. No items should be hung on balcony railing. Fireworks are not allowed. The Balcony may not be accessible certain periods during the renovation works of the complex. Thank you very much.
