Please Note: Gym closure Month of July 2026 Located on the 24th floor and facing South, Chasing Stars! is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay views from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Chasing Stars! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus children (15 years of age or younger). Chasing Stars welcomes you with its renovated design that embodies the vibrant spirit of Miami. As you step inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen on your left, complete with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. With a Publix grocery store conveniently located 1/2 block away, stocking up on ingredients is a breeze. From the kitchen, you can enjoy a view of the spacious dining table with seating for 6. The open concept seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living room, where a you can relax and enjoy 65" Roku streaming TV await. However, the real star of the show is the incredible view of downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. The living room provides easy access to the furnished balconies, allowing you to fully embrace the stunning surroundings. The master bedroom offers ample space featuring a king bed, a Roku streaming TV for your entertainment, and a walk-in closet with a safe! for all your belongings. The vanity area provides a convenient space for getting ready, and the private bathroom adds a touch of elegance with its newly renovated upgrades. With access to the balcony, you can step outside and take in the breathtaking views. The master bathroom is a true retreat, featuring a relaxing spa worthy stand alone tub and a separate spacious walk-in shower for your convenience. There is a washer/dryer located off the living room across from the 2nd full bathroom and ensures that you can keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay. The second bedroom boasts a king bed and breathtaking views. Equipped with a 55" Roku streaming TV, this room offers entertainment options for your enjoyment. Additionally, it provides direct access to the private balcony, where you can soak in the surrounding beauty and relax in privacy. The third bedroom is an interior room, offering a cozy and stylish space. Despite being without windows, it doesn't compromise on comfort and aesthetics. It features two twin beds and is equipped with a Roku streaming TV. The 2nd full bathroom is located next to this 3rd interior bedroom and across from washer/dryer. It has been fully renovated and has a spacious walk in shower. The balcony is the length of the condo and is furnished with an outdoor dining table that seats 6. The Grand lobby has everything one could need during their stay! From a variety of dining options, to boutique shopping, convenience stores, and a wellness spa. An 8-minute scenic drive (3 miles) over the causeway takes you to South Beach, where you can catch sight of the glamorous cruises at The Port of Miami on the right and Star Island, home to the rich and famous, on the left. The walkable Lincoln Road Mall, a 10-block stretch of great shopping and dining in the heart of South Beach. Don't forget to check out the iconic Art Deco architecture on historic Ocean Drive, across from the stunning beaches. When the sun goes down, South Beach comes alive with a vibrant nightlife scene, boasting an endless array of bars and clubs. The Grand is just 5 minutes away from Wynwood. The Design District, located just 2 miles north of The Grand, is a must-visit neighborhood with an incredible collection of designer stores and boutiques, making it perfect for fashion lovers. In addition, the restaurants are some of the best in Miami, offering a variety of cuisines from around the world. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are conveniently located just a few blocks south of The Grand. These world-class entertainment venues host a variety of events, from concerts to sporting events to Broadway shows. The Grand is located just a few blocks away from numerous nightclubs where you can dance the night away. With a variety of options available, you're sure to find the perfect spot to let loose and have a good time in Downtown Miami. Uber is a convenient transportation option in Miami, and you can also easily access free public transportation such as the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend the nearby Miami Metromover. Regarding parking, at The Grand, valet is the only available option. You have two choices: 1. Pay in advance daily valet for $42 PRIOR to your arrival day. 2. Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. Please be aware that the valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans. If your vehicle exceeds this height, the only option is limited street parking with metered options. Slingshots, motorcycles, scooters/mopeds cannot be parked with the valet, and there are no electric charging stations available in the valet area. For stays of 10 nights or longer, please inquire for more information. Our retail lobby also houses an Enterprise rental car company for your convenience. BUILDING RULES: We know it's so NOT fun to read a bunch of rules when planning your vacation! However, our building DOES have rules, and YES, we ALL need to follow them. Again, we know, so NOT fun! Please read through them, and yes, we will need you to confirm with us after booking that you agree to them. - VISITORS OF REGISTERED GUESTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UP TO RESIDENTIAL CONDOS FOR BOOKINGS LESS THEN 30 NIGHT BOOKINGS. Simply, you can't bring anyone up to the condo during your stay for any length of time. Only the actual registered guests within your booking are permitted up to the condo. The Grand has a No Visitors policy and this can not be amended. So, if you plan to have extra visitors over during your stay, .. our building may not be a good fit for you, and it's best to know this in advance. On a positive note, The Grand is very safe and secure, and that's a GOOD thing! - THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 6 ADULTS plus children (15 years of age or younger) - we can not amend that occupancy number, .. not before arrival or during your stay. It will break our hearts to disappoint you, so please do not ask! Anyone 16 years of age and older is considered an adult by our building. If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. -Yes, Guests that have booked a month or longer are permitted to have visitors. Visitors must be kept at a minimum at all times. Overnight visitors are not permitted for any length of booking. - Miami is a lively city that never sleeps, so go out and enjoy the loud music and partying! But do not bring it home with you, because loud music and parties are just not tolerated in our building! Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment. - We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense), but we are not liable for them. Our maids and team members will be grateful not to be hunting down forgotten items left by you in our 75+ condos ; ) - No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others. - Though we do not personally judge smokers, there is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. There is just no nice way to state this .. so here is the reality, if smoking is detected, you will face eviction. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. - Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay. - Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals. - Must be 21+ to book with us, so please check your ID prior to booking to make sure your 21 or older, not after booking! This alleviates a ton of time cancelling a booking on both ends. - All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day. Cancellations: -We cannot alter the strict cancellation policy or the displayed refund amount set by our property owners. Policies are in line with the owners' guidelines and govern your reservations. Please review them carefully before booking. -No refunds will be provided due to flight cancellations or weather. -We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.

PACKAGES: Apologies, but our building policy doesn't allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends. There is an Amazon locker hub located at The Marriott next door, just through our retail lobby in which we are happy to share info on how to receive Amazon packages there if you need. AFTER BOOKING: (nightly stays) 1. Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend. -Please make sure to do this as SOON as possible after booking so we can proceed with registering everyone. Don't disappear after booking, or we will be forced to spam you with a ton of messages. We manage 75+ condos here at The Grand, so being prompt submitting all your ID's will really help us in helping you to have a great stay. 2. Valet is the only available option. You have two choices: (Unlimited in/out privileges) -Pay in advance daily valet for $42 PRIOR to your arrival day. -Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. 10 night or longer please inquire - Please let us know if you require the valet so we can email you an invoice due anytime prior to arrival day. 10 night or longer please inquire - Please be aware that the valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans.
