It's an upscale and hip area, not a typical "touristy" neighborhood, where luxe condos line the clean streets and you can enjoy open green areas by the water and lots of sailing clubs, restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets and drugstores. Coconut Grove it's where peacocks roam free, families ride their bicycles, groups of friends crowd restaurants, couples walk for ice cream after dinner, and locals walk their dogs along tree-lined paths by the water. The newly remodeled CocoWalk is a block from the apartment and gets busy with locals and visitors enjoying the highly rated restaurants and cafés, and hip nightlife. With a compact village vibe, Coconut Grove is easy to explore; enjoy the restaurants, as well as the green spaces and parks fronting Biscayne Bay with its marinas with sailboats anchored in Biscayne Bay. •After two years of renovations, CocoWalk has reopened with great restaurants, ice cream shops and cafes, plus retail stores, to satisfy everyone's tastes and budget. . In addition, despite the applicable additional cleaning fee, you will be required to vacuum, mop and remove any debris left by the pet (including urine, feces, fur, etc). Any damage or stains to linen, towels, furniture, etc, caused by the pet will be deducted from your deposit and/or charged additionally.
