Cozy House welcomes you with a gated entrance. Upon arrival, you'll need to manually open the gate to park your vehicle. If you are arriving via a ride-share app, you can use the pedestrian entrance for access. Our home features a self-check-in experience with smart lock access. 🏠 The entire home is at your disposal except for a locked cupboard in the bedroom. Any Questions feel free to contact our team! 📲 The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with lots of trees and sidewalks wide enough for a pram or walking in pairs. There isn’t much traffic, and the neighbors are friendly. The house is conveniently situated in a residential neighborhood between major avenues. Public transport routes run from three main roads near the house, with buses running roughly every 20 minutes. Buses 7 and 11 can take you downtown, while 27 connects to Coconut Grove and 37 to Coral Gables. The #9 trolley “Little Havana Route” runs from nearby Flagler St. and it is completely free to use, connecting you to downtown Brickell every 20 minutes as well as with Douglas Rd., Magic City Casino and the Carreta/Versailles restaurants. Guests with a car will appreciate the plentiful on-street parking. Unlike staying in Brickell and downtown you will not have to pay for parking near the house, while still being within just a couple of miles of the skyscrapers and business of the city. If driving into Miami Beach you can generally park for free on the west side of town, with paid parking everywhere on the beach side. All of the parking on-street use apps to pay. If you’re going for more than a few hours I would recommend any of the public garages owned by the city that charge a flat $20 for the day. This residential neighborhood is conveniently located near many restaurants, coffee houses, grocery stores, and shops, all within five minutes of the house. There are two super chill long term neighbors. One lives in a bigger, separate house on the same lot, and the other lives in an efficiency at the back of the Cozy House, which has its own separate entrance. They are both respectful, and your privacy is assured. We can provide a playpen for families upon request. The Cozy House Team is proud to provide a smoke-free home for all guests to enjoy. To keep the environment fresh, smoking is not permitted on the property. A $500 fee will be charged for any violations, along with any additional costs incurred. We are pet lovers and welcome well-behaved pets 🐾. We kindly ask that pets be disclosed prior to booking. You may hear nearby chickens and roosters early in the morning and the occasional airplane overhead. If you’re sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing earplugs. Please review the cancellation policy before booking. Refunds cannot be given for cancellations made after the cancellation window. Since unexpected situations can arise, such as weather or illness, purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended for your peace of mind and protection.
