As required by building management, guests must send a photo of a government-issued ID for each guest, the full names of all occupants and the email address of the main guest.
Upon arrival, guests are required to check in with the front desk for identity verification for each guest and to sign the building’s short-term rental rules and regulations in order to receive unit access. All guests must be 18 years of age or older. Any minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.
Access is provided via a key fob.

🧼 Housekeeping Policy:
Please note this is a privately owned condo, not part of the hotel program.

Building is 100% non-smoking including outside areas. To ensure a healthy, smoke-free environment, the unit is equipped with smoke and noise detectors. These devices do not record audio or video and are solely used to monitor air quality and noise levels. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fee.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
