The home has two parking spaces in the garage as well as two parking spots in front of the home. We ask that you please follow this rule. If you are expecting visitors we ask that the extra cars do not stay the night. There is extra parking a very small walk away near the canal. Please also advise us if you expect extra visitors. Health, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. In case your preferred dates are already taken, or you are traveling in a larger group, please check our profile as we offer more listings in the city. CHECK OUT POLICY: Regular checkout time is at 10am. If guests need an additional hour we will accommodate you if possible, but the home must be exited no later than 11am. If the home isn't exited by 11pm we will have to charge an additional night. We have a strict checkout policy to ensure all of our guests are accommodated properly and arrive to a clean home.
