LOCKBOX: Before arrival, you will be sent a code with access to your key lock box. The lock box is in the lobby before you get to the elevators. You will use this code to pick up your key and to drop it off at checkout. There will be someone at the front desk for help if need be. Check in as at 11am and check out is 3pm. Please message me at any time for help/questions. DIRECTIONS TO GARAGE: The garage is on a way one street behind the building. To enter the garage, make a right onto 3rd street from Biscayne Blvd. When you turn on 3rd street, there will be some construction but as you pass it, you will see two garages. Your garage is to the RIGHT. It will say "Alea Miami". Dial on the call box to open garage. I advise to pick up the key first from the lockboxes in the lobby and then go to the garage. You will be able to open garage with key fob as well. Please park on the 7th floor and above. Please note that I will need the car information (make, model, license plate) as soon as possible to notify the building. VERY IMPORTANT that you do not miss place the key as we are only limited to one. If misplaced and locked out of unit, it can cost up to $350 ($250 for lock smith to enter unit if the office is not open and $100 to replace key). Please be very aware. Foldable Crib for your children: MUST BE UPON REQUEST and will be an additional $50 charge.
