Welcome to your private retreat in the heart of South Beach — a stylish two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhouse that channels classic Melrose Place vibes with a modern Miami twist. Perfect for up to four guests, this peaceful escape combines resort-style amenities with the comfort of home, all just steps from the sand and the city’s best spots. Bright + Relaxing Interiors: Spacious living area with cozy seating, sleek kitchen, and private patio — perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Bedrooms & Baths: Two inviting bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, plus a convenient half bath on the main level. Peaceful Vibe: Tucked away from the bustle yet minutes from everything — a serene home base for your Miami getaway. You will have a private gate card to access the gate into the property and a key to the unit for the duration of your stay that has to be returned after check out. Guest will contact host for access and for any questions they may have directly over Airbnb platform 1. No additional undisclosed guests, visitors, family, or friends are allowed over to the apartment during your stay! Including overnight guests or even just friends/ family/ people stopping by to hang out, wait for you, or visit you during the day. Only disclosed guests on the reservation are allowed in the apartment at any time. Literally, no one is allowed in the apartment unless they are disclosed and their name is on the reservation - no exception. 2. Unreported guests / visitors will result in $250 fee per day, per unreported guest and or an immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction. 3. All communications between Guest & Host must be done via Airbno so that Airbnb has a record of what was communicated. No outside text, calls, etc. unless in case of emergency. 4. Please keep AC thermostat between 70F and 77F or 20C and 25C. Do not leave windows open because humidity in Florida is very high, up to 87%. Also wild animals may enter, like parrots and etc. Absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside the unit. Please go on patio or outside. 5. No loud music or any other kind of disturbing noise is not allowed. To prevent disturbing other guests after 11pm, loud TV and loud voice conversations are not allowed. 6. Please do NOT flush anything except toilet paper in the WC/Toilet Bowl. Blocked toilet will result in a $250 plumber penalty fee for the guest. 7. NO PETS. Discovery of any animal will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. 8. Every reservation is provided with an initial supply of disposable household products: toilet paper & paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing liquid and hand soap. Guests must provide their own once the initial provided supply is exhausted. No laundry detergent is provided. 9. Kitchen consumable amenities are not guaranteed: salt, pepper, oil, coffee. 10. Guests are not to move or rearrange the furniture. 11. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $250 for a 12pm arrival or $100 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $100 (an extra 2 hours). Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre-or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.
