This is a safe residential neighborhood sandwiched between Miami International Airport and downtown Miami. It is 15 minutes drive to South Beach, Key Biscayne, Wynwood Walls, Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Dolphin Mall, International Mall, and Dadeland Mall are also about 15-20 minutes away. There is a queen sized bed, dining area for 2, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink, place settings for 2, and silverware, internet, small Closet with hangers, nightstand. Towels, soap and shampoo provided. Coffee and sugar are provided. I am happy to meet our guests and make sure that they are comfortable and oriented. Our home is attached to the studio. My home is less then a mile to the Miami airport and 15 minutes drive from most major commercial destinations. You are welcome to park your car on the street in front of our home. Lyft and Uber abound in this neighborhood since my home is close to the airport. The urban rail transit hub is as the airport. This includes MetroRail and TriRail service. There is also bus service at the airport transportation hub. The closet grocery store is WynnDixie which is 7 blocks away. Several blocks further there is K Mart, Pollo Tropical, a bakery, a clothing store and other small businesses. My home is less than a mile to the airport. That means there will be air traffic overhead. That also means you are so close to catch an early flight or if you have a late arrival you won’t have far to go to your Miami home. There airport is also a ground transportation hub that has the MetroRail, Miami’s urban rail system, and the TriRail which goes to Fort Lauderdale.
