Walking distance to the Metrorail Station (13 min walk) and 1 mile to Miracle Mile and everything Coral Gables has to offer. Restaurants and shopping all just blocks away! This listing is not new but it is very clean and well equipped. You will have 1 Queen size bed with all cotton linen. Fast WiFi. All cookware is provided for your convenience as well as plenty of clean towels, soap, shampoo and toiletries. You have your private entrance through the back of the house. You will be able to park in the visitor parking space up front and then walk to the back of the house to access the studio. Please park close to the wall so the other car can park next to you. There is a lock box were you can get the key at any time, day or night. You can use the back yard and the washer and dryer (shared). The owners (My Father in law and his wife) live in the front of the house. I will be always available to answer any questions you may have. Please use the Airbnb app to communicate. I live just a few minutes away. This is a rare gem of South Florida because you can actually walk to several restaurants and stores close by. There is even a supermarket and a 24 hour cafe around the corner. Neighborhood is super safe since it is just a few blocks from famous Coral Gables. See the neighborhood map on this page for many local shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Coconut Grove Metrorail Station (a local train) is just a 13 minute walk away. The train can take you downtown (a less than 10 min ride) to visit Bayside or you can then take the bus to go to South Beach! Vizcaya Museum and Gardens are so close too. There is a free trolley running on Coral Way, 5 short blocks away, that can also take you downtown or to Miracle mile if you do not feel like walking. We recomend you rent a car or take Uber, do not take taxi, it is very expensive. Miami is a city that is enjoyed better if you rent a car. If you do not have a car, you can easily take the metrorail right at the airport to get here. It costs $2.50 per person and it takes about 26 minutes to get to the Coconut Grove Metrorail Station which is down the street. Check-in starts at 4 P.M. Check out is at 11 A.M. Please don't use the towels to remove your make up. (Por favor no use las toallas para limpiarse el maquillaje). For those who come to have surgery: Take care of the sheets, they are good quality . I'll charge $80 if the sheets get stained. If you prefer, use your own sheets.
