Please note: Exterior building work is ongoing through June 2027. Weekday noise may occur (Mon–Thurs 8am–4:30pm). One balcony is closed off and film is on half of the windows; guest bedroom balcony is open. Pool is closed Mon–Fri, but all indoor amenities remain fully open.

Spacious, fully renovated corner residence in the heart of Brickell with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, the Miami River, and the city skyline. At 1,500 sq ft, this is one of the largest 2-bedroom layouts in the building, featuring two en-suite bedrooms and two private balconies.

Solar shades filter the natural light while preserving the direct water views. They are not blackout shades; for guests who prefer a darker sleeping environment, 2 complimentary eye masks are provided for added comfort.
You and your family will have access to the large Philippe Starck designed apartment. Fittings include SubZero fridge/freezer, new Wolf induction cooktop, oven and microwave, dishwasher, kitchen supplies, a welcome set of coffee pods for the Nespresso espresso machine and coffee frother (there is also a Braun drip coffee pot and a Chemex pour over coffeemaker in the cupboard above the oven), tea, salt & pepper+, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hairdryer, iron, new LG washer/dryer and a welcome set of laundry pods.
Easy late check-in with no hassle access once guest IDs are on file prior to your arrival. Fully remodeled bathrooms and kitchen (rare in Icon).
Parking at the building is valet with no in/out privileges, meaning you pay each time you take your car. The rates are 0-1 hr $15, 1-4 hrs $27, 4-10 hrs $35, 10-24 hrs $55, plus a $3 gratuity fee. Oversized vehicles are an extra $15. If want low cost parking with in/out access, I recommend booking on spothero. The closest in/out garage to the apartment is at 870 Brickell Bay Dr.
Fully gutted bathroom remodels have Grohe and Kohler fixtures, Italian porcelain tile, real Taj Mahal counters with a leathered finish, custom white oak vanities, Simplehuman lighted makeup mirrors.
In addition, we provide up to 4 guest passes, that will be issued in the spa, accessed from the 15th floor, allowing you to have access to all of the W hotel amenities located in the same building complex:

The pool is open Sat and Sun 7am-7pm. The gym is open from 6am-10pm, the spa is open from 10am-6pm.
Further, there is a nice park and wide walkway around the bay right outside the apartment.

Make sure each of your guests in your party (up to 4 adults) are registered with the front desk and receive your amenity cards so you can access the pool/spa/gym. Children can accompany their parents to the pool.
Brickell is one of Miami's safest neighborhoods, a short drive from the airport and cruise ship terminals, and waterfront. Known for world-class restaurants and bars, Miami's tallest high-rises, easy walkability, high end shopping, yacht admiring and a constant display of Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, etc.
Lyft and Uber are the easiest.
There is valet parking at the building for $55 a day, but does not include in and out, so you pay each time you access your car.
Large trucks are not easily accommodated anywhere in Brickell or surrounding Miami parking garages.
4 guest amenities passes are issued per apartment so only 4 guests are able to use the pool/spa/gym amenities. If a family has more than 4 people, we can accept more children.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and it is not allowed on the balcony per building rules.
No pets are allowed in the apartment.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
