Our one bedroom king suite features a king bed, sofa bed, private balcony, and a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, and glassware. Includes washer and dryer, central AC, wifi, cable TV, closet, and Molton Brown toiletries. Check-in 4pm. Check-out 11am. Photo ID and credit card required at check-in. 100% non-smoking rooms. 21+ to book. Our front desk is open 24hrs a day to assist with all your needs. Max. 4 people per room • Pets: A maximum of 2 dogs, 25 lbs and under, are welcome per stay. A $250 non-refundable cleaning fee is required. • Deposit: $150 authorization per day in case of incidental charges taken upon arrival. At check-out, any unused funds will be released from the method of payment provided in 3-10 business days, according to your card company and/or bank's processing of returned funds. • Resort Fee: $40.00 plus tax per day. • Resort Fee incuded: other additional facilities, access to business/computer center, Concierge/valet service, access to fitness center, room cleaning, in-room safe, laundry facilities, access to the swimming pool and access to the spa (may be limited). • Pool access is available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in swimming pools, health clubs, fitness centers, or hot tubs without adult supervision. • Late Check-out: Based on availability. 50% of room rate from noon to 2pm, full rate charge after 2pm. • Early Departure: Fee is 100% of nightly rate plus tax for early departure. If a non-refundable reservation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. • 24 hr. Valet Parking available at $40.00 per day available at Miami World Center, located nearby.
