BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, please be mindful of keep doors closed. No smoking indoor - fines of $500 imposed for smoke damage. Nothing is to be flushed down toilet other than toilet paper. No flushable wipes or any flushable products.
