Quiet Hours (9:30 PM – 8:00 AM) * This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. * No outdoor noise is permitted after 9:30 PM. * Please respect our neighbors at all times. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your reservation. 2. No Parties or Gatherings * Parties and events are strictly prohibited. * The maximum number of people on the property (inside or outside) may never exceed the home’s maximum occupancy, without exceptions. * This includes visitors who are not staying overnight. 3. Maximum Occupancy * Only the number of guests included in the reservation and within the home’s maximum occupancy are allowed on the property. * Exceeding the maximum occupancy is strictly prohibited. 4. Parking * This property includes 2 assigned parking spaces only. * Please park only in the spaces marked with the house number painted on the ground. * Parking in any other space or bringing more than 2 vehicles is not permitted. * Any vehicle parked improperly or exceeding the limit is subject to towing at the guest’s expense. Guests are fully responsible for all towing fees and related costs. 5. Hot Tub / Jacuzzi * The hot tub is fully controlled remotely by the host. * Whenever you would like to use it, simply send us a message and we will turn it on remotely. * We will also activate the bubbles and any other necessary settings. * Please do not press any buttons on the hot tub equipment or control system. Doing so may reset or misconfigure the system, making the hot tub unavailable during your stay. 6. Respect the Property * Please treat the home and all amenities with care. * Any damage caused by misuse or failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges.
