This PRIVATE guest room with parking and private en-suite bathroom has two beds (queen and twin) for up to 3 ADULT ONLY guests. This guest room shares the breakfast area with guests in another guest room. We are located in the Flagami neighborhood, close to the MIA airport (not walking distance) but NOT close to Miami's tourist destinations. Please check "W Flagler St & NW 67th Ave" on a map app before booking as we are just steps from that interception (the location shown on AirBnB is approximate but not exact). Uber/Lyft are the most reliable way to get to our place. Guests can leave their luggage in the living room at any time before check-in and after check-out times, but early check-in or late check-out are no available in advance. If you think you will not be able to follow the instructions to enter the house yourself using an access code for the electronic lock without assistance, please do not book with us. The house is on the ground floor, with just a couple of steps. Our units have lockable doors, Wi-Fi, TV with local channels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, towels, hairdryer, safe, iron (with ironing board), beach towels. Liquid soap and shower gel are provided in the bathroom (not shampoo). Coffee and tea are available, along with a coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator. Central air conditioning is controlled by the hosts and maintained at 74F/23°C (units do not have individual air conditioning equipment). Friendly cats are present in the common areas of the house. We are located in the Flagami neighborhood, just steps from the intersection of W Flagler St & NW 67th Ave. We are close to the MIA airport, about 10 minutes by car, although not within walking distance. We are about a 20-30 minute drive from the cruise port on Dodge Island in downtown Miami. Uber and Lyft are the best way to get around Miami anytime, and the only reliable way to get to and from the airport from our location. We are NOT close to Miami's top tourist destinations.
