Welcome to one of our prestigious stays with spectacular ocean/Pool views! Large one bedroom unit on the 45th floor. ***Only 2 adults may register for amenities; minors under 18 are excluded from the count. **Pool is open Friday–Sunday ONLY, due to scheduled building maintenance. The balconies are currently shut from the outside and inaccessible and a protective film will be placed in glass walls. Large One Bedroom unit with a walk in closet and spacious Bathroom. Fully Equipped kitchen, Coffee maker, toaster and blender. Everything you will need to make your stay one of a kind! Many transportation options are available from the apartment You will be within (short) walking distance from the Metro Mover and Miami Trolley. Both are completely free. The free Brickell trolley stops in front of the Icon. The complex has valet parking service at $50 per day without in & out privileges. We have spaces in the garage next building over. Please check availability. Situated on Brickell Avenue in Miami’s financial district, the newly completed Viceroy Residences at ICON Brickell offers a truly unique stays. Hosting an exclusive residence, ICON’s modern architectural design is emphasized by its water front location, beautiful palm trees and groomed landscaping. This ideal location is in walking distance of all Brickell Avenue has to offer. Referred to as the “Manhattan of the South”, Brickell is home to the largest concentration of international banks in the United States, mostly along Brickell Avenue, and home to many of Miami’s top restaurants, shops and places of entertainment. Also nearby, Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove can be found to the South. Bayfront Park and the American Airlines Arena can be found to the North. Guests must submit a picture of a valid ID (License, Passport, Gov't Issued ID) in order to be able to check in. Please note this is a required step in the registration process. Guests who do not submit IDs would not be able to check in. We will personally meet you in the lobby for check in. Please inform us of your ETA ahead of time so we can coordinate to meet you at that time. Our regular check in time is between 3:00pm-10:00pm *In case a check-in after 10:00 PM needs to be arranged, a $50 fee in-cash will apply. Guests must be checked out by 11:00am. If a late check out is needed please request it with anticipation. If the guest does not complete the check out by 11:30am a $100 fee will apply. If the guest is not checked out by 1:00pm a full nightly rate will be charged. As we have multiple check ins/outs in the same day we appreciate your understanding. ***Parking : Our hotel offers paid valet parking only. This is a separate service provided by the building. Parking rates are : $13 - 1 hour $24 - 4 hours $30 - 10 hours $50 - 24 hours Please note no re-entry service provided, charges apply each time you take out your car. Alternatively we have a parking pass for garage in 777 Brickell Ave. it is a separate charge of $35/day you can park as many times as you’d like. Please confirm availability . The unit is strictly non-smoking. If it's proven the guest smoked in the unit a $200 fee will apply. There are two metered parkings nearby: At 701 Brickell (2 blocks away) overnight parking rate is a flat fee of $15 (Monday-Sunday, from 6 pm to 7 am) May vary for events. At check in you will be provided with the elevator key-fob. At check out you must leave it inside the unit in the kitchen counter. Lost key-fob = $120 fee. *This building has a sensitive pipe structure, please do not flush any baby wipes, cleaning wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, tissues, flushable wipes or any kind of trash. If any non-flushable item clogs the toilet during your stay, all the plumbing expenses would be charged to the guest. NO SMOKING, NO PARTY and NO PETS are allowed. It will be a charge of $300 for each in case of the violation.
