This beautifully renovated duplex features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Guests will enjoy a private unit with its own entrance, while I reside in the neighboring unit on the property.
The spacious primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a full-over-queen bunk bed, making it ideal for families or groups. An additional sofa bed with sheets and blanket is available in the living room.
The home offers an open and inviting living area (with a sofa bed with sheets available), a fully equipped kitchen with custom handcrafted finishes, Smart TVs, and thoughtfully designed spaces throughout. Both bathrooms showcase unique Venetian plaster walls, with one featuring a bathtub and the other a walk-in shower.
Guests also have access to a private backyard with a BBQ grill, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Miami.
I live on-site in the other unit and am available during your stay should you need anything, while still respecting your privacy and allowing you to enjoy the space at your own pace.

Guests will have exclusive access to Unit 1552, including the entire living space, both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and all interior amenities. Guests will also have access to the backyard area and BBQ grill.
The neighboring unit is owner-occupied, but all guest areas are private and intended exclusively for your use during your stay.
**Smart Lock Check-In**
For your convenience, the property is equipped with a smart lock for self check-in.
Your access code will be automatically generated and sent to you before your arrival. In most cases, the code will be the last four digits of the phone number associated with your Airbnb account.
If you do not receive your access code before check-in, please send me a message through the Airbnb app. I can immediately generate a new code remotely using the smart lock system and provide it to you.
If I happen to be on-site during your arrival, I will be happy to assist you in person, provide access to the property, and create a new code for your stay if needed.

• The home has been recently renovated and features custom Italian-inspired finishes, including handcrafted kitchen surfaces and Venetian plaster bathrooms. We kindly ask guests to treat these unique features with care.
• Smart TVs are provided in the home. Guests may access streaming services using their own account credentials.
• This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No parties, events, or unregistered guests are permitted on the property.
• Miami traffic can be unpredictable, especially during peak hours. We recommend allowing extra travel time when heading to airports, beaches, or popular attractions.
• For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
