Miami is a large, spread-out city, so a car or rideshare is recommended for getting around. Your entire villa is private inside. The pool, backyard, patio, BBQ area, ping-pong area and laundry are shared with guests of the neighboring villa. Pool safety: The pool is not separately gated from the backyard. Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times in all outdoor and pool areas. Canal: There is a canal behind the property. Guests do not have access to the canal. Children must be supervised in all outdoor areas. Quiet residential setting: This is not a party property. Parties, events and unregistered visitors are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Outdoor amenity hours: The pool and shared outdoor areas close at 10:00 p.m. to respect our neighbors and other guests. Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the villa. Outdoor smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area. Pets: Pets are not permitted. Laundry: The shared laundry room is located beside the pool. Pool towels are also stored in this area. Security cameras: Exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance, back patio and pool area, as well as both exterior sides of the property. Cameras monitor outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the villa. By booking, guests acknowledge that they understand which areas are private and which outdoor amenities are shared.
