Living Room & Dining Room: The open-concept living and dining area is designed for comfort and style. There is a TV and a sofa bed. It features a dining table with seating for 8, perfect for group gatherings, and a bar with stools at the countertop, ideal for casual meals or conversations. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a refrigerator with water filter & ice maker, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and crock pot (slow cooker). You’ll also find cookware, plates, cups, utensils, and basic cooking essentials. Coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar are included. Behind the kitchen, you will find the laundry room, along with a closet with cleaning supplies. Regular detergent is available. Playroom: Just beyond the living room, you'll find a versatile area featuring a pool/ping pong table and a dartboard. LOCAL TIPS • Avoid peak traffic: weekdays 7–10 AM & 4–7 PM. • Go west/south in the morning, east/north in the afternoon to ride against traffic, perfect for Everglades & mall trips. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor areas. There are no shared spaces—everything you see is for your private use, ensuring a relaxing and uninterrupted stay. Self-check-in is available via a smart lock for your convenience. Detailed access instructions and a unique door code will be sent prior to arrival through Airbnb messaging. Please note: There are three clearly marked storage closets on the property that are locked and reserved for the owner and property management use only. These areas are securely closed and do not affect your use or enjoyment of the home. Thank you for your understanding. We will send you the door code at your arrival day and we will be assisting you in anything you may need during your stay. This is 100% Family business and we put all our efforts and hearts to make our guests experience, the best ever! CHECK-IN: You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code on your arrival day. You can check in any time after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the property is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT: Self-check-out: You will receive all the instructions the day before the check out. You must follow those instructions. There is No Late Check-out as we need to get the property ready for other guests. STARTER SUPPLIES: A complimentary starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24–48 hours of the stay. Guests may purchase additional supplies as needed, depending on the length of stay. EXTRA AMENITIES: For stays of 5 nights or longer, we’re happy to provide extra sheets, towels, and toilet paper upon request to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. BARBECUE: You can use the barbecue as much as you want, just make sure to close the gas and clean it once you use it. SECURITY: The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras (rear, front and back) and a doorbell camera at the front door for your peace of mind and security. There are no cameras inside the property. OUTDOOR AREA NATURE NOTICE Outdoor spaces may naturally accumulate leaves due to surrounding trees. Our team maintains the area regularly, though weather and wind conditions may vary.
