Restaurants, shopping malls, nightclubs, bar/pubs, art centers, bicycle trails, beautiful parks and bay views between 5 - 10 minutes away. Only 50 minutes away from the Florida keys.
1 master bedroom with queen-size bed (2 guests) with private bathroom and a bay window with a view of the gazebo and pool. 1 standard bedroom with full-size beds (2 guests). 1 standard bedroom with full-size bunk bed (4 guests) and a twin-size trundle (1 guest). Spacious family room with sectional and ottoman that converts to a comfortable sleeping space (1 guest). Fully equipped kitchen. 6ft deep pool to cool down on hot Miami days. Gazebo with quality BBQ setup.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including yard, pool, gazebo, and bbq.
We give our guests as much privacy or as much attention as they like. We are available 24/7 via message or phone call, and take pride in our response time to never keep our guests waiting or feeling like they're left hanging.
Nice and safe neighborhood with cool (non-medaling) neighbors. Pretty much anything you can think of is close by, like shopping malls, groceries, scenic attractions, Zoo, Restaurants, Pubs, and more.
Getting around the neighborhood is easy as 123. If you're driving, a GPS won't fail you and the roads are very easy to navigate. The drivers are polite especially compared to other parts of Miami. Parking is right on the property and free.
There is a guest suite next door (garage), completely isolated from the main house. There are no shared spaces to worry about.
The pool and hot tub gets serviced every Monday or Tuesday. They enter through the side gate.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
