Our team spends time and effort to keep it beautiful for the guests, and we need your help in the process POOL USE POLICY: A cocktail pool 12x20 feet is available for use, and professionally cleaned once a week. Tony is a great cuban Italian that speak multiple languages. In between cleanings leaves may fall in the pool. Please clean it using the skimmer net (ble rack). A Robot cleaner is available too, it can be removed and charged. It is located in the living room, at the bottom of the book shelf. Placed it 90 mins and will work on the floor. Ask if you have any questions. NO GLASS in the pool. We provide elegant plastic glasses. This is very important. Glass in the pool will incur in replacement fee. See rules. Umbrella and awning can be used as long as weather conditions are ideal (wind below 5 mph) and always closed and secured when not supervised. Please inquire for instructions; they are operated manually and must be closed and not left open unsupervised. 🗺️Located 6 minutes from Brickell, 8 minutes from Coconot Groove and 3 min Little Havana. 🚖10 minutes drive from the gorgeous beaches of Key Biscayne. 🚊You can find the Metrorail train taking to Brickell and Downtown at 10-12 mins walking from the house, close to the Vizcaya center.
