After a 10min drive, you will be able to enjoy yourself in Gulfstream's casino. (Restaurants, shops, horse track...) "The Yacht Club at Aventura" is located on the edge of a golf course that morning joggers love to go around (1.6 km). The residence is secure and offers all the amenities you would expect from a luxury condominium. A 5 minutes de la plage, du Mall d' Aventura (Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Apple Store, Abercrombie, Ferrari, 24 salles de cinemas...). A 10 minutes du "Gulfstream Park Racing" (hippodrome, casinos, restaurants, shopping) South Beach is 25 minutes away (Ocean Drive, Art Deco District, Wynwood...) You are very close to the Everglades, Key West and Orlando (Universal Studios, Disney World...) is only 3 hours drive. "Aventura Express Shuttle Bus" is a free bus that will take you everywhere in Aventura. For a small fee, there are other buses that can take you all the way to South Beach. Please note that a copy of a driver's license of each guest should be sent along with email and phone number, at least 72h before check-in, to be able to process the guests's access cards. There is a condo being built in front of the apartment, there is usually not noise (especially with everything closed).
