This includes all areas of the property, especially the pool and backyard. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of minors in their party. Unattended children are not permitted under any circumstances.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
