I highly respect my guests privacy, but I’m always willing to assist them with any needs. Owner/Host lives in a private studio with private entrance that is attached to the house and guests don't share any space with the host, guests will have absolute use of the home, pool and patio. I’m available 24/7 or can be reached by telephone anytime. (No shared spaces) One parking space in the driveway. Extra parking may be available, if needed please contact the host.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
