Hello, I am Sabrina and Eleodora and Jose are our NEW onsite managers. Welcome to Our Shared Home! The house itself offers plenty of shared space to relax and enjoy, including a beautiful backyard with lush vegetation and a hammock—perfect for unwinding outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an air fryer, coffee machine, and a large table that can be used for dining or working. Our cleaning crew visits everyday to tidy up and maintain the common areas. Wifi, utilities, TV, AC, included. A great location for long term stays. The main house is an eclectic household listed as a shared house on platforms like Airbnb and booking. Should you choose to interact with the guests you can freshen up your lingo in a different language or share stories from travels around the world. We are a community here! The co-host lives in the front house ( 2407 unit) for your convenience. The property includes access to the backyard and parking area. The back and front yard are abundant with fruit trees like mango lychee and lime. We have a small herb garden that you can collect from for cooking. And there are hammocks and outdoor furniture for lounging throughout the property. We are in the beautiful little Havana community of Miami Florida. Close to the airport and downtown. A place full of culture great food and of course the free range little Havana chickens. The room has 1 queen bed and it can fit up to two people. There is a charge of $15 per day for the second guest. No Pets Allowed. Early check in available upon request for a fee of $5 per hour and luggage storage for a fee of $5.00. Laundry is available on the property for a small fee of $8.00 soap included. Luggage fees and laundry fees must be paid with a debit or credit card through stripe. ATTENTION: if you are driving, we need you to submit your car model, make, color, license plate and the best number to reach you. *Parking is available on the property for free and on a first come first serve basis. The household can accommodate more people than there are parking spots. A total of 10 cars can be parked here with two rows of five cars. Sometimes parking becomes tight and you may need to move to let another car out. So we do ask for your direct contact information and license plate number to utilize parking. This should be emphasized before reserving and booking at this property. If parking were to be full there is a parking garage 1 mile away. Please note that the entrance to the 2409 unit is located behind 2407.
When you arrive, follow the driveway on the left-hand side (when facing the front of the house) to reach the 2409 unit entrance. The 2407 unit is rented separately, so please make sure you go to the back house (2409) — that’s where you’ll be staying. We look forward to hosting you and hope you have a wonderful stay! Your stay includes self check-in for your convenience. We’ll provide you with the access codes for the front door, back door, and your private bedroom prior to your arrival. Parking: ATTENTION: if you are driving, we need you to submit your car model, make, color, license plate and the best number to reach you. Our property has a shared parking lot that accommodates 10 cars. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only 5 cars can park in front, while the remaining 5 will be parked behind, which may result in blocked vehicles.If you park in a position that blocks another car, you must be available to answer your phone and move your vehicle when needed.There are also pay-by-phone public parking options within walking distance if you prefer not to deal with shared parking arrangements. House Rules: House Rules: No partying No drugs or alcohol on the premises No guest allowed without consent from host Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 7am All provided linens must be present and undamaged before departure. Anything missing or damaged could result in a fine. (Towels,Rags, Fitted Sheets, Flat sheets, Pillows) Do not touch things that do not belong to you Be courteous to others as this is a shared home Knock on any door prior to entry You may use pots, pans, and utensils as apart of your stay. Do not touch Tupperware or any food that you did not bring yourself. You must wash and clean your own dishes after use as well as wipe down any mess left behind after kitchen use. Checkout time is 11 am. If you need more time, please reach out to the host for accommodation prior to 11 am. Failure to adhere to house rules will result in a fine of up to $250 and/or immediate removal from property without refund. We provide a great atmosphere for those coming to Miami whether extended or short term stay. Please be respectful.
