We have beautiful views of the lake and you will see lots of wonderful wildlife such as birds, iguanas, fish, and many more. The backyard is especially beautiful. The entire house is always kept clean. We like to keep our Mother Earth happy; therefore we are Eco-friendly, and are fully Solar Powered. We have the best system to purify water in the entire house. You will enjoy drinking our purified water and taking showers. We are also enjoying one of the best air conditioning purifier systems, which keeps us off any allergies. For your entertainment and news. NETFLIX is available and also YouTube and Pluto. And we have the best Coffee in Miami - daily compliments of the house!!! The following are a few rules: - Do not sleep in any of the sofas in the family or living room - Please clean off the sand from your feet with the hose outside the house before coming in after a trip to the beach - Friends visit needs to be authorized on time - No smoking in the house only outside - an ashtray needs to be used - No pets of any kind can come in the house - Please do not place luggage on the beds - Cooking is not allowed. The microwave can be used to warm up food. And the bbq outside the patio. Paper plates and plastic cups need to be used outdoors. My husband, my daughter and I live in the house . It is also important to note that we have two dogs. They are very friendly a wimaramer/labrador and a Dashhund. We are a nice family and will give you privacy if that is what you like. If you are the social Airbnb guests, we love it. We love to dine and wine our guests when we can. And love to share travel experiences and talk about everything in general. My husband is from Uruguay and I am from Ecuador and my daughter was born here in the USA. We love to b-b-q in the backyard over weekends. Our guests are welcome when we do so. We will help with anything we can. Unfortunately we don't offer our Uber application to any of our guests for insurance purposes. If you are planning to use third party transportation such as UBER, please make sure that you have the application working before you come to the USA, if you are coming from overseas. Public transportation is not as common here in Miami as other USA big cities such as New York. We recommend you rent a car or cheaper you use UBER. Everything is very close i.e. shopping, restaurants, etc. We also have bicycles for use of our guest complimentary. A canoe is also available to enjoy the lake and fishing and it is also complimentary. It is a residential area with nice homes and great neighbors. It is safe, very clean and quiet. The neighborhood is gated. Please be respectful when driving. Kids are always playing in the street. No speeding is permitted. There are many ways of getting around but the best is by UBER or LYFT if not renting a car. If you are the walking type, you can also walk. It can take you 25 minutes to get to a shopping center that by car can take you 5 minutes. There is a gorgeous park nearby and our bicycles can easily take you there. The best is to rent a car as this is a residential neighborhood and although very close to the next shopping area around 5 minutes, is best to rent a car. Your host can not offer you their UBER or LIFT application for your rides. Our house is in a great and safe neighborhood, and it is in a gated community. It is a little heaven in the middle of the great city of Aventura. You will feel as if were staying in a Five Star Resort. There are many things to do and see around our neighborhoods. Lots of shops, malls, restaurants, and nightlife, and close to many great sights in Miami, Miami Beach, Hollywood, and Ft Lauderdale. Parks and many great beaches are located in our area. We are also within walking distance of Synagogues and Catholic Churches.
