This is not an entire apartment (though it feels like one). I live in the home with a small dog (kept in my room). Guests have a large private area set up like a studio apartment with their own dedicated space. Locker available. Prime Brickell location with free parking, 2 pools, jacuzzi, gym and restaurant. Safe & Central location! ☀️ This is a spacious one-bedroom apartment. I occupy the bedroom, while the living room has been thoughtfully adapted as a private area for guests. The space is set up to feel comfortable, separate, and your own during your stay. Shared areas include the bathroom, kitchen, which are kept clean, respectful, and easy to use. Guests will be provided with a fob for easy entry and exit to the building at any time. You will also receive a key to access the unit. The fob grants full access to all building amenities, including the pool, gym and game room allowing you to enjoy the property comfortably during your stay. I offer a warm yet discreet hosting style, giving you space while remaining available if needed. I’m happy to assist with questions or share curated local recommendations as a Miami native. At times, I may leave light breakfast items such as fruits or snacks on the counter for you to enjoy. You’ll have my phone number for anything you may need. If you prefer privacy, you can expect a quiet, independent stay with minimal interaction.
