Guests will be held responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors, and removal of debris. Guests acknowledge that to remove the odor caused by smoking, the Host may need to replace blinds and paint the interior walls regardless of when these items were last cleaned, replaced, or repainted. Guests acknowledge the following pet rules: • Pet Number Limit: Guests are allowed to bring up to two pets. • Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $70 per pet per stay will be charged for guests with pets. • Furniture Policy: Bring your pet bedding. Pets are prohibited on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. • Supervision Requirement: Guests take full responsibility for the place when the pets are left unattended inside the property for a long duration. Please let us know if you need a pet sitter, and we can recommend local services. • Noise Control: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please make sure your pet does not cause excessive noise. • Waste Management: Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste properly. Pet hair can be challenging to remove, and if excessive cleaning or replacement of furniture or bedding is necessary, guests will be held responsible for any associated costs, and for any damage caused by the pet.
