The flooring has Spanish Saltillo tile flooring in all of the rooms. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are good sized with closet space and drapery. We have an enclosed parking space within the yard, and one spot on the street. Feel free to ask us about any special requests you might have and we can try and accommodate. Coconut Grove hugs the shoreline of Biscayne Bay. The streets are lined with palms and shady trees. The heart of the Grove has bars, restaurants, chic shops, galleries, sailing clubs, marinas, and more! If nightlife is your scene, the Grove is only half an hour from Miami Beach, Wynwood, Downtown, and Bayside Marketplace as well! If you’re here for nature, Key Biscayne, Crandon Park, and Bill Baggs State Park are just a quick jaunt over the Rickenbacker Causeway, but be sure to stop at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens on your way. Just steps to the dog park and playground as well, you can walk your babies (and fur babies) before you head to Jungle Island and the Kids Museum, also about 20 minutes away. There is parking inside the property, and right outside the property on the street. As well as parking at the public park across the street. The yard is enclosed so your pet will be safe. There are quiet, subtle wind chimes all around the yard. In the kitchen, we have a nespresso machine with pods, creamers and sugar. Fully stocked kitchen with spices, pots, pans, cutlery and plates. There is a microwave, oven and cooktop.
