Our place is surrounded by residential properties but with a main avenue near by with plenty of commercial and retail stores. There are a lot of Dominican Republic and Central American restaurants including food trucks in some corners, there is a Shopping center with a Wendy’s Restaurant and a Win Dixie Super Market / Grocery Store right on 54th St and 12th Ave. The 24 hrs Gas station is only 2 blocks away from the house right on 56th St and 17th Ave. We don’t offer inside of the property parking, but you can definitely do off-street parking on 56th Street, there are always spots available. I might have inside parking available sometimes at extra charge, let me know in advance.
