Kitchen & Dining Area: The heart of this home is the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything, you need to prepare gourmet meals or quick snacks. It includes a karaoke area, a mini home theater with comfortable seating, and a queen sofa bed for extra guests. For day trips, Miami International Airport is about 30 minutes away, and popular attractions like South Beach, Downtown Miami, and the Everglades are within a 40–50 minute drive. Whether you’re commuting for errands or exploring the city, this location provides both convenience and connectivity. CHECK-IN: You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code at Check- In day. You can check in any time after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the apartment is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT: Self-checkout: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message. You must follow those instructions. There is NO Late Check-out as we need to get the house ready for next guests. Please note that might be an extra penalty fee of $200 for an unapproved late check out. EXTRA AMENITIES: Depending on the length of your stay, we will provide extra sheets, towels and toilet paper. PARKING: You can park in the driveway up to 6-8 vehicles. Please do not park in neighborhood spaces. LAUNDRY: Laundry area is between bedroom 3&4. Please note laundry detergent may not be provided. BARBECUE: You can use the barbecue on the back as much as you want, just make sure to close the gas and clean it once you use it. FOOD PROCESSORS: The kitchen sinks are equipped with food processors. Please do not put anything in them that could damage or clog the system, such as bones, fibrous vegetables, or other hard items.
