Entire rental unit. Lake house (private room within a shared home)

Mi casa es su casa! Home with backyard overlooking the lake and a pool to cool off from the miami heat. Within 30 min driving distance from miami beaches, wynwood, downtown area. Nice quiet neighborhood with many different restaurants to eat near by. I love to travel myself, I hope to offer a great place of rest and enjoyment on your visit/ stay in miami! This listing is a private room within a shared home, I will be available in person. Kitchen appliances are available at your convenience as well as space in the fridge can be made. There is the dining area or bar top to eat from. The pool is accessible whenever you would like to take a plunge. The kitchen, living room are areas that are within a shared house. The bedroom is private with a private bathroom. Picking up after yourselves would be greatly appreciated, as you would like in your own home. Not eating in the bedroom!!!! You have a private entrance to your room. I love to converse and I'm willing to answer any questions regarding where to go or eat. I'll be available most of the time and if you do not find me around, feel free to text me. West wood lakes is a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. Sidewalks to take you around long strolls around the community. Florida Turnpike accessible 5 minutes from the house, with palmetto expressway (north and south) is about 20 minutes. The Dadeland south station (to take the metro rail transportation) is a 20-minute drive. Miami Beach is a 25-minute drive from my home depending on the traffic. I have two dachshunds and a blue-fronted parrot that live in my home (just for mention of any allergies!) You are on vacation so the time at which you decide to come home is of your preference but keep in mind to be respectful of the noise level depending at which time you find yourself arriving. Picking up after you use certain amenities would be greatly appreciated (i.e. washing your own dishes, disposing of trash in appropriate bins, not leaving any food out). I would like for the arrival time to be before 9 pm to be able to go over instructions, but I am also very accommodating to arrival time if you give me a heads up as to when you will be landing or driving in. Please leave any soiled towels at the end of your stay in the hamper provided in the private bedroom. Thank you, I look forward to hosting you. The bathroom is private!!!
