Discover a budget-friendly and peaceful gem by the lake, where pre-manufactured homes, some charmingly restored and others bearing the marks of time (but no trailers or RVs), nestle among vibrant vegetation. Keep an eye out for the docks dotting the water, the strutting roosters, the curious cats, and the basking iguanas that add to the area's unique character. Our cozy tiny homes are part of a 4500 sq ft pre-manufactured house, thoughtfully divided into five completely independent units. Nothing inside is shared with anyone else; each unit has its own private entrance and all the amenities of a regular home. You'll find a full kitchen, a complete bathroom, air conditioning, comfortable beds, a TV, and all necessary furnishings. The only shared space is the deck by the lake in the back. Just like in any hotel or apartment building, the units share walls. The SUVs shown in the photos are not included with the property rental. The units are completely independent of each other. The beautiful deck by the lake behind the house is the only shared outdoor space. Please Note: While we strive to provide a perfect stay, we are not responsible for the conduct of neighbors. Cuban culture is vibrantly loud and joyful, which can occasionally mean loud music or spirited conversations nearby. Additionally, we have no control over the physical appearance of adjacent properties. Our Guarantee: Within our premises, we maintain strict standards. You will find a clean, trash-free environment with no loitering—only fellow guests staying at our Airbnbs. Laundromats, grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries & beauty clinics are less than 5 min away. Dolphin Mall, IKEA, FIU are 10 min away; Miami Airport is only 15 min away, Brickell & Downtown 30, and South Beach 40. Clinics like Snatched, Xiluet, New Life Plastic Surgery, Miami Clinic, Beyond Beauty Clinic, Avana Plastic, and many more are within a 2 to 10-mile radius. *If you're coming for surgery recovering you're more than welcome as any other guest just be aware we will require a $100 refundable security deposit to ensure our linens, mattress, pillows, towels, etc., aren't damaged or soiled. * The rate for your stay covers the accommodation of one post-surgery guest and their declared companions. If your plans include sharing the room with another surgery guest, a nominal fee of $50 per night will apply. We kindly ask that you let us know at the time of booking if there will be more than one surgery guest staying in the room. If this information isn't shared beforehand we'll gently request the additional payment. Should the additional payment not be received, we may, unfortunately, need to cancel the reservation on your behalf. In such cases, you would be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a refund would not be possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to providing a peaceful and supportive environment for your recovery! ADULT-ONLY ACCOMMODATION (25+) Booking Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. We do not accept reservations from local or visiting groups under the age of 25 who are traveling to Miami for parties, celebrations (birthdays, bachelor/ette parties), or Spring Break. Exemptions: This policy does not apply to families with children, young adults traveling with their parents, or quiet travelers such as siblings, professional coworkers, and post-operative recovery guests. We aim to maintain a strictly quiet and restful environment for all our residents and guests. If your plans do not align with a peaceful stay, this property will not be a good fit.
