You will be renting 2 bedrooms of this 4 bd 2 bath home. 1st room has 2 full size beds with 2 twin trundles. 2nd bedroom has 4 full beds (2 full over full bunk-beds) and 2 trundles. These two rooms together can sleep 4-8 adults. However, there is extra guest fee for 5 or more due to additional preparation. Full access to rest of house. The other unoccupied rooms will NOT be rented to anyone during your stay. They will be locked. We can offer reduced price because those or less rooms to clean. So mix and match any room combination to meet your travel needs. We understand that some guests don't want to be disturbed during their stay.
