Two en-suite bedrooms plus a powder room, sleeps up to 6. Five-minute walk to a quieter stretch of beach where the sand stays in full sun all day. Free garage parking, full beach gear, bikes, and a pet-friendly welcome. Owner-operated, so you'll deal directly with me from booking through checkout.
This is a corner 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse with two en-suite bedrooms plus a powder room on the main floor, sleeping up to 6 (extra bedding available on request). The huge, sunny corner living and dining area is the widest of the townhouses in the building, set up with two sofas, a daybed, a swing chair, and a large dining table that comfortably seats six. Sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony with city and waterway views. The kitchen is well equipped, with a breakfast counter and natural light from windows above the sink. Furnished with original contemporary artwork sourced from the Mandarin Oriental Brickell before the hotel's demolition, alongside modern furnishings throughout.

I host multiple units in this building and operate them all personally. You'll deal directly with me from booking through checkout, not a management company.
You will have full private access to the entire townhouse. Check-in is via personalized smart lock code, active only during your reservation. No key handoffs needed. A backup physical key is available in a mechanical lockbox (useful for guests observing Shabbat or anyone preferring a physical key).
Building entry is through the garage keypad or the gated side entrance with a key. Mailbox access is available for extended stays.

This is a vibrant mid-beach enclave with easy access to the best Miami Beach has to offer while keeping you out of the congestion of the main tourist zones. South Beach, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, and South Pointe are all easy trolley, bike, or rideshare trips away when you want the action. Otherwise you have the waterway, the parks, and a less-crowded stretch of beach right at your door.
The Indian Creek waterway side, directly across the street, is lined with residential mansions and palms. Brittany Bay Park's benches put the view at your daily disposal. The area is pet-friendly, with dog walkers throughout the neighborhood and a small off-leash dog area down by the beach.
Local cafes, sidewalk restaurants, eclectic shops, and bars are within easy walking distance. Publix and Starbucks are two blocks away.
You will not need a car. The free Miami Beach Trolley stops at the corner (a 2-minute walk) and runs the length of the island, connecting to South Beach, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, and South Pointe. Two complimentary bikes are available on request. The beach is a 5-minute walk. For longer trips, Uber and Lyft response times in Miami Beach are typically under 5 minutes. If you do bring a car, free secure garage parking for one vehicle is included.
From your door: one minute to the waterfront park across the street, two minutes to the free Miami Beach Trolley, three minutes to the playground in Allison Park, five minutes to the beach itself.
Brittany Bay Park, across the street, has two benches facing Indian Creek where you can gaze upon yachts sailing by and mansions lining the far shore. Allison Park's playground has sun shades and a zipline, kids will be there for hours. The beach itself sits behind a wooden boardwalk through protected dunes, with an art deco lifeguard stand waiting at the end.
The Miami Beach Boardwalk starts at Allison Park and runs continuously to South Pointe, past world-famous Lummus Park and Ocean Drive, without crossing a single street. Bike it, run it, or head out early with the dog before the beach crowds arrive.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
