Located in Coral way the in between Coral gables and south beach , Miami Beach , 15-20 min away about 9 miles .Bayside ,Brickell, close to downtown Miami. 1/2 mile Downtown coral gables , and airport big plus due to traffic. Inlaws quarter has a private entry and parking is on driveway,gated manual entry.independent mini split ac . Nice cozy private entire suite. this unit is located on the side of Home, private parking in driveway. Kitchen area does not have a sink. microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker .the bedroom is queen bed , closet space.Has its independent ac unit/ minisplit for the unit. You park on driveway, directly in front of home all the way to your left .entry is thru a manual gate and you have a patio area to yourself. Wifi and Netflix , basic channels. I’m available thru out the day and night hrs need be, text works best . I reside at premise if you need immediate assistance. Miami airport is 3.6 miles away, nearby Starbucks, supermarket , la fitness gym, McDonald’s, Taco Bell etc....1/2 mile away You can walk to many places we are not far from anything several blocks away from coral gables. There’s also Miami trolley takes you thru coralway, coral gables , Calle ocho, brickell. You may search Miami trolley . Uber/lyft , shuttle, Sixt rental car is nearby I usually walk there for my rentals, so it’s pretty nearby located in a small mall. Also Miami trolley takes you thru coralway, miracle mile , brickell, and Calle ocho. You will be staying close to everything, Coral gables, coconut grove, brickell , downtown, Miami airport.
