Includes full kitchen, bathroom, 2 beds (1 king bed, and 1 queen sofabed), adjustable workdesk. 24/7 door staff for security. BEDROOM: 1 king bed with adjustable work desk, dresser and closet. LIVING ROOM: Queen sofabed, dining table for four and 2 barstools for the kitchen counter. Oversized tv for streaming. BATHROOM: Luxury shower and vanity for one. (The LAUNDRY machine is also located in the bathroom). KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. BALCONY: Spacious balcony with cozy furniture to enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the city PARKING: 1 garage parking space included with this condo. AMENITIES: Access to a beautiful pool and hot tub, game room and gym. Guests have full private access to the condo and full shared access to all building amenities including pool, hot tub, and gym. Were available 24/7 for anything our guests need. Brickell, the city's financial center, hugs Biscayne Bay and the Miami River while giving you the big city feel. Rooftop bars, glitzy restaurants fill the neighborhood with life while fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site. RIDESHARING in Miami with Uber or Lyft is typically cheaper and faster than most cities for transiting to different neighborhoods. BIKESHARING through citibike is also a popular way to see the city. Just pay at any citibike station and return it to any station when youre finished. Other modes of transit: -METRORAIL: Take me to the airport, hospital district, coconut grove or Vizcaya. -TRI-RAIL: Take me to other cities north of miami within the tri county area. -BRIGHTLINE: Take me to other cities north of Miami within the tri county area AND Orlando. **Please note this is a busy high rise. Elevator waits times can be up to 10 minutes during rush hour or busy weekends. Please factor this into your schedule. **While noise is minimal, please take note that we are in a major metropolitan city and typical city noises like traffic and sirens are common. **Our parking space is on the 9th floor. It could take 5-7 minutes to travel up and down.
