In addition, for the most discerning guests and music enthusiasts, the living rooms and exterior areas have Bose speakers or surround sound system installed, and available for your enjoyment. Guests will have access to the entire unit. We are available to our guests at any time throughout their stay whether through app, phone or in-person. We value exceptional customer service and let our guests take the lead on how they would like us to approach them during their stay. You will have peaceful night sleep at our property. We have hurricane impact windows installed that, in a safe residential area, away from any noise that would prevent you from a restful sleep. The home is only minutes away from Dolphin Mall, Tamiami Park, Tropical Park, International Mall, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Calle 8 and Wynwood. If you have any questions about any areas in Miami please ask us and we will be happy to help. The best way to get around the neighborhood and Miami is with a car, but Uber is reliable enough to move around. You can walk, ride a bike, take a car, an uber or bus. For those guests that have a vehicle up to 6 vehicles can park comfortably in the driveway. This is Unit 2 for the property and is a two bedroom, 1 bathroom space with garage and EV charging (level 2). The unit is completely private and will not be shared with anyone else. On the same property and structure is Unit 1, which will be separate from your stay and is independent from Unit 2. Unit 2 has a washer and dryer in the garage and 65 inch TV's in the rooms. We ask that you please not smoke inside of the unit.
